Updating my sona soon, taking suggestions for OC outfits!
🕑 Added 2024-09-11 17:00:10 +0000 UTCHoi, so I've got great news in a regard I can't believe I'm saying: I'M AHEAD OF SCHEDULE! Hallelujah! Next comic is coming out before the end of this week and I'm feeling very optimistic about the last 2 beyond that :D Can't wait to get past The Hump!
With that, I've found I might actually have some spare time, and as an impulse because of me drawing a few vent self-portraits the last while, I've been thinking of updating my sona's appearance! I don't plan on doing too much to it, I still wanna preserve the same general tropes -- minimal colors leaning to blue, mix of casual, cute, and comfy, and of course the crown -- but just tweaking around my clothing options a bit!
Thought I'd probably do really simple stuff, but I think it'd make a boring post if I just did like 2-3 outfits/poses altogether, so I'm taking in suggestions for a few more! My current plan is:
New "main" outfit (updated jacket/dress ensemble)
Casual comfy outfit (oversized boba shirt, shorts, basically my sleepy look lol)
Redraw of my previous look (for prosperity's sake!)
2-3 OUTFIT SUGGESTIONS FROM YOU LOVELY FOLKS!
In this case, a "suggestion" could be just a general pitch (ex. "sundress and hat"), or more specific clothing choices with like reference links and all that, or maybe just a fanart suggestion (we can call it cosplay, haha). Make your suggestions down below! I'll be leaving this post and accepting ideas until, let's say, the end of Friday? (9/13) After that, you and all $5> patrons will take a quick vote to narrow it down to the 3 bonus fits!
(note that all my other urgent obligations to do after passing The Hump at the end of this month -- the fantasy magical girl designs, starting FOAS back up again, private surprise arrangements, and others -- will still be taken care of! This is just done for a bit of fun to relax a bit while I have some free time :D)

Almost let time slip on this and let the ideas for outfits bottle up I'm gonna share them all but option 1 would be a magical girl outfut cuz why not, 2 would be an oversized cat or shark hoodie, and 3 cuz you did so well on the housewife outfit why not have one for yourself.

Maybe a dress with a two-way wear skirt, along with a large cap. Or a frilled shirt and jean combo

So I actually had two ideas, getting back to convos I had with you. First, you once mentioned wondering about getting a black/white seifuku. So why not draw your sona in that? :D And a second one, which I mentioned recently is obviously a maid dress. I feel like out of many styles of those, the mix of modest and a bit revealing (but in a casual sense) would suit the overall vibe of the character. Something like this perhaps? For a summer look, maybe a crop top with jeans or a pair of jean shorts. For winter maybe a wool sweater with an outer coat, add yoga pants and a pair of cute boots.
