If everything is reflective Press ";" twice to disable and re-enable RTX or close and rejoin the world it should be fixed. For the Lava it should actually glow 🤔 that's weird and Water ripple can be enabled if you use BetterRTX shader, anyway please join our discord I will guide you to install both the legendary bedrock rtx texture pack and better rtx shaders. https://discord.gg/fxurWVg

the grass is reflective the wood is reflective lava does not glow but red stone torches do, water looks ok but not rippled. am i doing something wrong?

Not all the blocks have been textured yet, the texture pack is still under development. some blocks have no texture and are solid blue> it happens with the fhd version and the hd version. not sure about the low version> will be using thje 0.5 update until the fix
