Fun fact, I have a medicine ball! For anyone who doesn't know, a medicine ball is a weighted ball for use in exercise. A long time ago, I impulsively bought one because I thought "yes. This is a thing I will exercise with."
That was a really bad idea. I don't know what I was thinking. I didn't even have any exercises in mind. I just thought I'd figure it out later, and this was back when it wouldn't have been as easy to find video tutorials, and WAIT
IT'S THE FUTURE
Maybe I can actually sort out how to exercise with this thing now! IN YOUR FACE, MEDICINE BALL!

Funnier than alternative versions of the story with heavier balls are alternative versions of the story with lighter balls. Someone right now is saying that she got knocked over by a ping pong ball (Even I've only seen that happen to one person).

The medicine ball isn't getting anything in its face until you actually train with it. ;-) I haven't researched it either, but I assume it's something along the lines of Aerobics or Yoga.

quite a while ago, over in "Wapsi Square" a bowling ball fell off the shelf in a closet {lord knows why she kept it there} and hit Shelly right on the head. she was fine, of course, it was a few years {real-time} before we found out just why she was so tough
