I wonder how that's going to work? I mean I can get using [Mimicry] to get the mana, blood, and willpower flowing should trigger the Decree to work, but most of his hosts don't have Soul Mana. Will it just be the enhanced physical vision, thermal vision, mana sense, and willpower detection or will Soul sense still be included?

If he can effectively remove his mutations, then he should be able to give mutations, namely his sovereign’s eyes to his clones while he is inhabiting them. Besides the artificial advancement, this is probably the only real way to get strong enough for the void tournament.
