The law is very vague in most areas, so it's impossible to say for sure whether or not you'd get in trouble. Most cases where it's caused issues where where the charges were added on to existing charges for stuff that's DEFINITELY much more illegal

Right now, the loli+shota content that you draw is legal in all states of the US. The only sexual images that are illegal in the US to create, possess, or distribute are photographs or photo-realistic images made using real underage people.
