I'm quite upset
🕑 Added 2018-08-02 18:04:03 +0000 UTC I lost out on just under 100$ of my patreon pledges due to people being declined or cancelling their pledge before the end of the monthI'm not sure what to do about this but because of that, I will not be able to work on my patreon page this month. There isn't enough funding for me to be able to create a full image if I am going to lose this much

It's totally understandable. The time you put on your work for us is time you don't use for your self and that goes even if you love what you do. It's pretty much like a job. It's also a bit like a company. You produce stuff and if peoples like it they will pay. Some people may even pay to support you personally because you seem like a nice person ;)

it's fine, I'll still uplaod things this month from the missing image from last, but I can do anything more than that because the money does equal to time spent if that makes sense

I'm one of those missing pledges. My visa expire and had trouble activating the replacement card. For some reason the site was telling me that it was the same one. I had to cancel all my pledge to remove the old one so that the new card could work. Did that a to late unfortunately.

As amora mentioned, Patreon made a goof, though i think something else might have happened as well. Dunno :/ Still I was able to get mine working once again~

Just read more into why, turns out Patreon fucked up and declined a ton of cards due to them switching to a UK based bank and did not tell anyone. Just check Patreon's twitter for instructions on how to fix it.

This is most likely part of the Patreon processing error that is happening site wide. I know my card was declined despite it was working for over a year now! I was pretty much forced to switch to using my Paypal account to get around the issue.

Wait what? People can do that? I thought payments were automatically sent to you at the start of the month. Once again, I apologize if I was one of those few, as I'm not sure if "pausing" payments cancels it entirely.
