Dogs and cats, out of bags, spilled beans everywhere, mass hysteria!

Panel three has a special place in my heart, and it's because it reminded me of something very, very important:
ACCURATE PERSPECTIVE IS OPTIONAL.
I was on the verge of having Catalina stand for panel three due to how things would have looked from a truly accurate angle, but then I remembered that important thing.
All of the cheating is happening in panel three to show some of Lucy's face and have her positioned where I needed in the panel, and it was 100% the right call.

Also, I believe that Lucy's aware of Diane having gone to a party which was also attended by one Elliot Dunkel, who was specifically named by someone yelling on camera during the mall gryphon incident, and could possibly be the secret identity of Cheerleada.

Cat wasn't in the bag in the first place. Rhoda is not that kind of a girlfriend. I mean, OK, like a good Cat-carer, she obviously allows Cat to investigate bags when she wants. *With* supervision, so she doesn't eat them. Except I'm pretty sure that Cat's not that into her alternative lifestyle model business... (To be clear, I mean I'm pretty sure Rhoda doesn't have to worry about her girlfriend eating plastic.)
David Fenger
Considering her view of the ethics of her spell, there is to my mind zero chance she hasn't told Lucy about it.

Love the angle on that last panel😻
Daryl Sawyer
We know for a fact that Diane needs mere seconds to figure things out, and Lucy would have to be truly dense to not see what's going on here.
Daryl Sawyer
Doubtful. She's concinced that bringing her friends into the Masquerade would endanger them, to the point she got very angry with Tedd when she found out she convinced the Will of Magic not to keep it hidden before she had the context.
Phaine Of Catz
Look, Catalina typically doesn't have to do the dodging of questions, she usually just avoids suspicion in the first place. She's doing her best

But the cat is not yet out of the bag. I give it a couple weeks.
David Fenger
Well... possibly somewhat more so. Diane very likely has told her about her spell.
Windscion
Sounds like Lucy is wise to the ways of magic. Granted, possibly no more so than most residents of Moperville.
Johanna
Call it the comic equivalent of split diopter.

The secret’s out.
