no it didn't pull out, but more like Ellias aura was going straight at demon to burn him like defense mechanism. And if this was corrupt weather or poisonous then fiend would suck it up no problem like he suck up fire, not garm him.

I'm also calling it now, Aetherfiends are not demons. I bet demons are going to resemble humans with elvish colors, horns and possibly wings like dragons.

When the Aetherfiend gave Elias the Suc it pulled aether out of him. If it was anti aether then I doubt there would have been anything to suc plus earlier it was stated that all living things have aether in them. Elias would have to be undead for him to have something like anti-aether. Poisonous/corrupted (demonic) aether makes a lot of sense as a possible inheritance from his mother.

I like this, Elias growing as a character that is. I imagine this is only a little step forward as I imagine the elf isn’t just relying on that rune collar but… she is an elf and elves can be considered arrogant. In my opinion that is, damn knife ear.

Oh shit! First off Faf, that is an AWESOME post! Love the massive world building. Second that color aura/aether is VERY interesting of a choice because to my knowledge it's associated with 2 (possibly 3?) relevant possibilities. 1 that is the color of royalty from a historical POV. I consider this the least likely option but the 2nd, Poison/Dark aether. If he manifested his own aura and cut off what it needed (corrupted/poisoned) it.....that's incredible. Amazing job!
