OMG! This "Grand Guardian" guy is ticking me off!! Of course they are protecting the Miraculous. But things happen that's out their control. They will work tirelessly to get them back. Literally seconds after they were taken they got Fluff and her Miraculous of Evolution back! Literally. It was gone for like 20 seconds in the present.

Yeah S5 like S4 really shows progression in regards to the storytelling. The writers throughout the show’s run so far are aware that the general viewers that see it the most are young teens to early adults and a lot of people watched the show since it came out are older now so they clearly are showing more maturity and now being more story focus but still the same series we all know. ^^
