Kobolds spawn in small tribes of 4. Their leader is always the biggest one.
The leader commands their tribe to do certain stuff. In this example: gather wood.
You'll be able to tame a kobold tribe later and make them work for you

It might be interesting to have a rare structure that is essentially a small kobold camp that a group can spawn in, while the rest you may encounter are wandering, unless they are absolutely intended to be nomads
