May 12 Update

I got a decent amount of mapping done: some general maps of Erosian locations, plus a couple more elaborate maps that I think are pretty solid. I also moved my outlines from "bullet points and end goals" to "detailed order of events and written dialogue" which is always key.
One thing that was quite satisfying was writing content for a particular character. I wrote some scenes for the upcoming update, ended up rolling into scenes for the next update, then got carried away and wrote some dialogue that won't be used for 4-5 updates. I won't say exactly who, but I enjoy what they add to the mix.
But though all that dialogue will probably go into the game after some editing, that's not progress on the upcoming update. That's still my main focus and I hope to report further progress next week.

Just wanted to say I've been a silent supporter for around 3 or 4 years now and i have thoroughly enjoyed playing every release and update you have created. TLS is easily one of the best games (albeit indie) that I've ever experienced. Every month i look forward to seeing new changes and I am rather excited to see how the next Erosian update goes. Just wanted to throw you some love and keep up the good work!

This is the intended behavior.
Not sure if this was previously reported, but I was replaying from the end of Gawnfall and noticed a small exploit. You can leave Mother's Pin on the ground, then immediately pick it up and you get to keep Lynine's +2 RP.

i honestly think your next main game should be like tls in terms of the story i have never seen a game made this way that was easy to understand and play and would love to see more like tls

ive always loved this game because it doesnt piggback off others and paves the way back to the 2000s where gaming was newer and focused on storytelling rather than graphics and muiltiplayer

Agreed. There are patreons who love their work. There are patreons who work fast. And there are patreons who are great at communication. Rarely does a creator fit all 3 bills like Sierra does

Valid point to raise, but I'm not sure how I want to handle it. The characters definitely remember that this happened and I intended it to be a point of tension that will be explored in the future, but they're still uncertain about bringing it up. Right now, Wendis seems entirely an ally (plus they don't know everything she's said to Simon). When they get past the war with the Fucklord - which is an "easy" conflict in terms of everyone being on the same page - this will come up again. That doesn't mean it shouldn't be explored more at the time, though.

Hey SL glad to hear work being done on TLS no matter the form! But not to give you even more TLS work unrelated to the current update but based on a conversation another and I were having in the wiki's "Speculation" thread, would you ever consider adding a conversation/confrontation after Simon comes back injured after his meeting with Wendis alone? I know it's another retroactive change, but thinking back on it there kind of feels like a gap for there not to be a 'talk' about it between Wendis and any number of the others in the group. Especially since it seems as if Wendis has not mentioned her split forms to the rest of the group all anyone knows is that Wendis asked for Simon to talk with her, and Simon wound up bleeding to death after. The confrontation could take a lot of different forms but I think despite Wendis's status as Simon's first love, or world ending destroyer that could crush them all like bugs- nearly everyone in the harem wouldn't be daunted in telling Wendis that if anything like that every happened to Simon again she would not be welcomed back to the base. That's just my opinion though, I still love Wendis a lot I just feel like there is a lapse in the fact that no one makes mention of what happened to her. Anyhow good Luck with all your Work!
