How important are animations?

just a quick question. As the title says, would you guys be ok with cutting down on the current content of an update (~300) renders for some animations or shall I continue the update without adding animations?
Time is limited so I can only provide one of these options at the moment. Maybe we can have both in the future, when the project created more traction.

I prefer more renders at the moment. Animations can be added later on. More content equals a reason for players to be interested imo.

Maybe add 1 animation per update for a cornerstone scene?

Animation would be a nice add on if done well but as of now I don't think that it will break the game not to have it at the moment.
