The 33rd Lap (Part II)

32 started in the depths of depression, In a horrible, horrible mental/emotional state. On my 32nd birthday, all I could muster the energy for was to cry in bed for multiple days. It was awful.
BUT, I say that KNOWING that I had to go through a deep release, a deep letting go. It was painful but holding onto all that and shoving it down was worse.
If you saw the first set of images from my birthday self-portraits, those are how I feel stepping into year 33.
Especially the photo with me in alignment with the sun and the light on the water.
I feel calm, centered and confident.
I am so excited stepping into this next chapter. Thanks for being here with me. ;)
