I find that, at least personally, the vulnerability is healthy. It's a way for many of us to learn how to relax and regulate when we're so often disregulated. And a way to build up that trust in a safe environment where we have full control. Just like many use kink as a tool to recharge/validate and meet emotional needs/process things, audiocan be a safe haven in which to heal.

I dont know how crunchy was able to anticipate all my exact reactions!
