Damn! I hope you're doing better now. This reminds me of when I was diagnosed with a pork intolerance. When I eat it, it feels like I'm being kicked in the stomach. Not fun :(

Your intestines are adorable, sorry to see that they've been frequently filled with jagged spikes. You can't really help what happens and you've kept us in the loop, I don't really see any need to make amends. Glad to hear you've at least found a way to keep it from being painful, if not economical.
