Use Bag Of Salt on The Fire On Staircase then go Downstairs and Grab Drill, then Go Upstairs To Roof. Use Drill On Door Then Go to Ledge and Place Door, Go Inside Heli, Grab Extinguisher and put out fire leading to your apartment.
