It's a list someone made of girls "...who need to get raped". It didn't have anything to really do with Dick, it was some people on an 8chan message board dedicated to the show who made it. Literally anyone could have done it and it was quickly removed. Maddox knew that he was slandering Dick by trying to connect him to it, but seemed to also think it was his "smoking gun" in his why TBPITU ended video. It's pretty much ruined Maddox's reputation.
This is the best episode in a long time, meme guy was kinda funny. Watching Maddox crash and burn is almost as good as watching Trump win
