My experience with doctors and circumcision is the exact opposite as what's described here. We saw a dozen doctors over the course of my wife's pregnancy (they had a different doctor do each appointment for some reason, I don't know, plus we had some specialists we had to see) and I asked pretty much every one of them about circumcision. I didn't want to make any decision based on stupid Facebook memes and mob outcry, so I was seeking their opinions. Every single doctor recommended we do not circumcise. The most pro-circumcision position of all those we asked was, "Yeah, you CAN do it if you want that. There's no evidence that it will negatively affect their health." It's probably true that some doctors are going to push it, and also true that some are just doing it for the money, but the doctor distrust is disproportionate. Most of them are not trying to fuck you. Your insurance is already going to take care of that anyway.

About the testimony Dick's giving, the only event I could think of without being too much an autism is from Road Rage Dallas. I couldn't find the exact time when Dick tells that story but it's the only one I remember which would fit this scenario. Maybe the autists of Reddit or Facebook have other ideas, but I'm not a loser so I don't use those websites and therefore wouldn't know.
