Dick, Social Security is a self funding program, it's never going to run out. What will run out around 2035, is the Social Security Trust fund, where the boomers basically paid for their Social Securities twice to create a surplus. Conservatives love touting this line so they can push to privatize Social Security, which would also be a fucking disaster.
