Free speech was never meant to apply to porn. They had to change the law/court decision (can't remember which) to actually allow it under the first. It's obscenity law. Sure it's illegal now, along with chemically castrating 7 year olds, apparently (which research shows people are more tolerant of when they watch more porn). Porn is bad for society. It's bad for everyone, not just "addicts." Virtually all children use it now. You wouldn't say it's okay for grown men to flash little kids, but when 7 year olds can access millions of hours of depraved shit online, no one bats an eye cause they care more about their porn fix than protecting the innocence of young children. At the very least there should be restrictions that prevent people under 21 from viewing it.
