You can tell he's completely uncomfortable being in front of an audience. Comes off as very insecure (which he is). Once again, him when he was writing on his website before anyone knew who he was was him at his best. The second he got in front of a camera, everything went downhill for him.

His delivery was awful. He spoke as if this was some corporate workshop. The corporate risk management seminar I had to attend when I worked at a bank was better delivered. One would think that a 'comedian' with years of podcasting and booksignings(!) would be better able to address a group.
