Or people using a strict scrum process, then convincing the business it's agile, meanwhile taking on the bare minimum amount of work possible so they can sit around and do nothing. But it's the business' fault when they don't communicate their requirements 19 weeks ahead of time with a 450 page document that details every step.

Business process management, aka the reason the people that don’t actually do anything at your job have a job. I don’t know how to summarize it or make it funny, but I’m guessing you’ve worked for a tech company that uses agile/scrum process before so you’ll know what I’m talking about. So sick of it.
