In terms of treatment for premature ejaculation, you can do meditation or whatever talk-therapy. They make desensitizing lubricants, but they often go too far, with a friend saying her husband was just grinding against her leg, thinking he was inside. You also can use SSRIs (antidepressants), since a major adverse effect of those is an inability to orgasm, but I personally would not go for that first-line. I know this because I am in my final semester of my Pharm.D. Great episode as always, GFY.

It's difficult to refute flat-earthers, because the vast majority of normal, well-adjusted people, don't invest a retarded amount of time in researching a fact we all take for granted. We certainly don't attend, "globe-earth" summits.
