The voice actor take is completely retarded. A raised eyebrow can be seen, it’s called motion capture. Even before that, robin Williams was filmed while recording the voice of the genie and the animators drew his performance onto the screen. You gonna tell me that so a failed actor who does the voice of a Pokémon would have been better because he is a “professional voice actor”? What a fucking retadred take.
