I used to do the stuff that woman got killed doing, they were probably taking metrics or running some test that required the engine to be on and she started walking around without looking for some reason. Probably waiting for a parameter to change or some bullshit for a test. The lingo is all because of how the TSB has to write reports where stuff gets tagged into specific categories for tracking accidents. “Lost situational awareness” can mean a lot of things but basically means you were too distracted to be aware of your surroundings or the situation in a cockpit
