$3 trillion in deficit reduction is how politicians explain that, in addition to the trillions they are already planning on borrowing and spending on stupid things, they would have borrowed and spent an additional $3 trillion but they have to pretend that they care about taxpayers or future generations. This is akin to a serial killer saying that, instead of his original plan to murder 200 people over the next 10 years, he is now only planning to murder 120, so he deserves praise for "saving" 80 lives.

As a huge LGBTQQIAAP2S+ ally myself, I think we haven't gone far enough. All No U-Turn signs are symbolic of the explicitly homophobic ones and are thus semiotically homophobic which is just as bad, and looking at them is extremely triggering. And No Right On Red signs are just restricting half of a U-Turn which makes them homophobic No U-Turn dog whistles, so they also need to be removed. Anyone who opposes this is a bigot, and a Nazi, and it's okay to punch Nazis
