It is weird how Vito is acting right now. He didn’t freak out at all when that guy broke his sign and claimed it was a weapon, but Reily making and obvious and stupid joke has him going into histrionics. I feel like there’s something else on top of all this that’s an aggravating factor, probably comic related.

If I were Dick id be more embarrassed by Vito, than anything else. Just have to make content out of it because it’s not like you can just medicate Vito or something to make him act like a big boy. Riley is just a dollar store Frankhassle. “Pigs blood in the cracks of his car” is as dumb as Boogie thinking Frank Hassle “sissy hypnotizing” him was a real threat. Vito just wants to come up with reasons to try and save face is just like Maddox not being able to take losses on the old show or being the butt of the joke ever. They think they are too good for it, in the case of the Armenian it probably challenges his delusion that’s he’s intelligent and in Vito’s case it hurt his feelings for too long (he doesn’t want to be criticized for his gluttony or procrastination or any of his slovenly lifestyle) he wouldn’t admit he was mad tried to play it off like a joke then doubled down against Riley then the rest. Why does he get so many passes from the Reddit rainbows but Dick doesn’t just let it go for and he’s the only one to be criticized?

To the guy talking about his friend going crazy on SSRIs. My good friend in college would also have weird outbreaks after he was prescribed. He would do almost exactly what you say but a bit worse than just texts. We’d get into fights into the middle of bars. He stopped and went back to normal after he stopped his prescription and calmed down the drinking. Still close friends today.

Vito was pretending to be on the moral high ground and talking with authority when he said that he didn't want anybody on his property, it was a boundary he wasn't willing to cross and he would leave the show if the show expected that from him. And then all of Vito's accumulative actions got the better of dick, and then dick had to think about the show's future. Vito's tough talking attitude crumbled into obsessively messaging dick and turning up at his house in fear that his income stream will evaporate. Vito is spineless. I liked him at one stage, but his behaviours that don't seem perceptible to the majority of the audience make him a dishonest, unlikeable character in my eyes.
