He did do that, but the LA-based comedian phrasing came from the lolsuit. Then Dick added world-touring because Shawn went to the Australia Road Rage without him. The LA-based comedian Twitter account also got banned, so Dick became the Based LA comedian for a while, until that also got banned.

The link permissions on the Rumble app are fucked. You can change them but it doesnt seem to actually do anything. It's just a shit app. I miss picture-in-picture for this show. Sucks having to interrupt it every time I want to reply to a message or look something up.
