I can totally relate to that guy's email about people doing nothing in their job and wasting time on meetings. At my job I got put on a "Productivity" team and during one of the first meetings I was in the team leader (woman) wasted the first 15 minutes creating an avatar in MS Teams. A few months later she moved on the do other stuff. The guy who replaced her now runs the meeting in half the time she did.
