If someone is looking for a place to live, this seems fine, but the issue isn't typically how small the house is, but the location. IE: Ghost Towns. This 20k box would be an easy way to make a guest house in my back yard, but I assume you could build one cheaper?

what was the point of playing half of the story of the woman who only wanted one tire changed? I was waiting for her to say she slid on bald tires into a ditch or something but you cut it off. it seems pretty reasonable to spend the minimum amount of money to keep the car functioning. she was alright.

So this expert doesn't understand the publisher/platform distinction but wants to speak authoritatively on what companies should do, she plays pretend journalist to shill her scam but wants to "mitigate the Glenn Greenwalds" because I guess we don't all need freedom of the press, she wants us to think she isn't just crazy and hysterical but she thinks a guy having a Substack will get millions of people killed, and she can't understand why someone she's writing about might reach out for comment if not reached out to. Does that about sum it up?

I like how the "journalist" interviewing maddox was obviously a borderline con artist using it as an opportunity for self promotion. Another deluded narcissist like maddox who thinks everyone is stalking them because they're so amazing and perfect and desirable and everyone is jealous
