I can't figure out if Mitsu is oblivious to Aya's feelings or if she just pretends not to know because she doesn't see her like that.

Wow, this is so sweet, but also has an underlying sadness. Aya get to care for Mitsu. You can see just how happy she is to spend time like this with Mitsu and how much she cares for her through how she looks at her and touches her. If Mitsu weren’t injured this is would be her ideal day, what she would want life to be like with her… But at the end of the day, Mitsu is in love with someone else. Oof, fluff with a little bit of heartache, but still wonderful. Aya looks amazing this chapter, it felt like a treat to see so many of her facial expressions and actions so wonderfully rendered. 😁
