So there are 4 major suspects in the attack: 1. Douchebag #1 who has been arrested. Low probability. 2. Diana. Lower probability. 3. Mysterious people using tech to make people do crazy things. Low probability. They would have used their tech to do it and wouldn't have specified not to actually hurt her. 4. AYA! High probability! She is trying to scare Mitsu away from associating with Celia, the thugs were told to not hurt her, which is something that only SHE would order in this type of attack, and she conveniently was able to pin it on Douchey Mc Douchebag because she was aware of the threats he'd made.
