I think it's been mentioned, but Vinnie is stealing at least a little bit of skinny valor. He's lost a lot of weight, sure, but it's like someone who trains with the National Guard one weekend a month showing up to the mall in full uniform demanding a "thank you for your service". He could actually be a great fat consultant for the show as a former fat man. If someone says "why do they wear that kind of stuff or what's with the fat person walk" they could throw to Vinnie for first-hand analysis.
