Sure, I'll explain what contradicts a little of his lore in here, though most of this I aim to further explain later on the story. Yes, Omar does eat people. However, as it was requested in that prompt, he wouldn't just snatch a group of dozen of people to eat in the middle of the city just because, or else there would be chaos. And the football match wouldn’t have continue (as if nothing had happened). In that sense, people wouldnt be as calm as they actually are around Omar if he was prune to act that way often, despite the fact he could totally do it if he wanted to. I hope this explain it a little (for the requester also) so you can understand from where Im coming from. I'm keeping a few extra details for when the time comes.

I saw you said you wouldn’t draw Omar eating people from the Stadium to keep it character accurate. I wasn’t sure what you meant by that because I’ve seen your other posts of him eating tiny people. Can you explain that lore a little bit more?
