it's funny, I've been slowly trying to catch up on episodes since I hadn't listened in a while, and I got to Patreon Ep 10 where you guys introduced the new tier & new Discord channel to weed out the trolls, I was like "fuck yeah" and signed up/started participating immediately. Then two episodes later Nerd - the main person I'm a fan of and would want to interact with - is like "fuck this I'm out" lmao. I'm also a part of Nerd's Patreon/Discord, where he hasn't posted since 2021 basically. I don't have any interest in NFTs so I didn't really follow him into the DAP Discord. I'm being bamboozled but for some reason I keep giving you guys money idk what's wrong with me. Oh well, at least Dolan is cool.

Seeing a lot of people Complain about the discord in the comments again lmao. Trust me the discord is alright and there are good people in there that like, enjoy and speak about the podcast in there. The more active you are in there the more likely you are to speak to people and find people you like in there. I used to be a little lurker till December until i met people i can actually tolerate and am friends with. You can't let a couple bad eggs ruin the whole batch etc.

When it comes to AI local running is king. I run stable diffusion locally, and you can generate whatever you want as long as it has been trained on it. I'm gonna try out llama soon and see how well it compares to ChatGPT and possibly switch over. Open source keeps the balance. When the general public doesn't have access to these things it becomes an issue.

I joined the discord a couple of times. It was pretty shit, everyone in there is doing it for the attention rather than anything interesting being talked about. I agree with Nerd. I remember joining twice and both times I just got a message asking me "Are you a pedi" from a guy with a cult of the lamb picture, flaffy I think? It's dogshit, I paid for a full year membership on patreon because why not support creators I enjoy listening to. However I don't really want to support you guys for another year if it just means you keep a shit discord server and not improve anything for it. I am still however enjoying the episodes you do release, both guest stars so far have been interesting, I have even started watching some coffeezilla because of it :)

I think what’s a shame is he also lost a lot of weight. And it seemed he was becoming healthier… Then obviously soon after he does all this … I don’t really have a say in this as I never really watched the guy… but he could have been decent… but as they say, “you either die a hero, or live long enough to see yourself become the villain”
