There's a difference between devils advocate and just straight up trying to make a person look bad. Which is what he was trying to do for the majority of the podcast. If all he wanted to do was say "hey allexx hasn't responded yet. Why don't we just got a little easy and assume he's innocent until he responds?" Fine. All good. I don't see anything wrong with that. But saying "let's not confuse it what she did wasn't heroic" when referring to Alice. THE ALLEGED ABUSE VICTIM. recording her conversations. That's what I have an issue with.
