I love these types of role plays. I find I am able to focus my mind better when I have gentle voices or tones playing in the background. And I love the thought of having a guardian angel helping to calm the anxiety and the overly active brain.

I always ended up doing my most fantastic flowy work at university when in a time crunch. Possibly even too creative at times. 😅 Now, though...I probably need these tactics more. My brain just doesn't go straight to warp speed with no problems these days. Thanks, Phas! I do feel motivated to go get something done that I've felt stuck at. But first, tea, because now it's all I can think about, lol. 🍵
