Also, I wanted to add, given the note at the top about the listener being unexpectedly handcuffed, I know this could come across as a real and dangerous moment, given Bruce's background but I just wanted to say how well you sold this with your voice acting, up to that point it's clear Bruce is genuinely terrified about their situation and the thief is just NOT GETTING IT. As in, it's still a game to them, the boss is just some bogeyman to scare bad little thieves with, he's not actually real, or at least, not an actual threat, after all he sent his best and they seduced his best to their side, what else can this boss realistically do?! So Bruce surprising them with handcuffs comes across as the desperate actions of a man with his back to the wall, absolutely out of options and terrified of losing the last little bit of good he has left, its obvious this is a desperate gamble for both their lives and absolutely a last ditch resort. So I just wanted to thank you for handling this so sensitively, I know all your protagonist characters are scrupulous about consent which is one of the many reasons I (and I assume the rest of us) listen to your work. You made this so convincing and so genuine, the relief after the confrontation was palpable and his motivations were absolutely clear for why he was doing this, if he'd clued in the thief they would have taken off and they would have lost their one chance as he chased them across half the city. So yes, sorry for the long comment, I just wanted to thank you for taking such care with the subject matter and still warning us. Keep up the amazing work!

Oh wow - I wasnโt entirely sure about Bruce with his first release, but now Iโm sold and invested. I loved the glimpse into his past and the reveal of his vulnerability. Heโs still a bastard, but a bastard with a soft heart. I too hope the story continues. Thank you Phas and Audrey ๐

This was hilarious (the description of the first class facilities- OH MY GOD!), adorable and so cathartic for him. The bit about the shirt was heartbreaking.
