I'm one of the gastritis people and I'd be terrified of trying an OJ cleanse. I tried putting a few tablespoons of fresh squeezed OJ in my vegetable soup because it was so bland and I was burning like crazy afterwards. I'm gonna make some juice today or tomorrow with oranges and celery, and then mix it with alkaline water, maybe 25/75 % and see how that goes. I'll get my endoscopy on the 15th....who knows after that.
