Okay... after I was experiencing a ton of pain and heartburn I got referred to a gastroenterologist... I ended up having to be Scoped on both ends at the same time so that was fun!!! so I ended up having a hiatal hernia and GERD —-((( Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) occurs when stomach acid frequently flows back into the tube connecting your mouth and stomach (esophagus). This backwash (acid reflux) can irritate the lining of your esophagus))) Because everything you’re eating is extremely acidic causing I highly recommend you start taking a acid blocker for now.. maybe even ask the pharmacist for an over-the-counter acid blocker a really strong one because the oranges aren’t going to help if you’re having severe acid reflux. Tomatoes coffee chocolate all that stuff even tea is going to exasperate the pain if you’re having acid problems.
