When I put weight on my left foot as if I’m going to stop someplace I feel pain run all up and down my left side of my torso. That’s why I can’t walk ouch ouch ouch holy shit I feel lightheaded very very lightheaded anybody a nurse or doctor oh my god what happened to me oh my fucking God is it because of my obesity? Ouch

It could be referred pain from gallbladder or appendix. With all the coughing you’ve had to put up with lately surly it doesn’t help matters. I would go to the hospital. Better to be safe than sorry❤️

Please get an x ray and a check up by a doctor, broken ribs are usually not serious but they hurt a lot!

Honestly I know you hate doctors but it REALLY sounds like you need to go to the hospital. I might sound weird but I live in the Orlando area if you need help I would totally come help you! I would do this for any of my friends ❤️
Yes, maybe call 911. Or just lay down and take some deep breaths to help calm yourself and ease the pain. I get pulls in my ribs and sciatica sometimes where I can’t walk and breathing deeply definitely helps me.
