thank you sm! would you advise tracing drawings that are of the art style i want to make over and over again so that i can familiarize myself with making that art?

I am unsure about good starting tablets but ipad pro seems good! you can start with whichever tablet you like. You can start learning with some basic anatomy and do simple drawings from references you like, kinda like trying to learn from replicating some drawings, and while doing so, familiarizing yourself with the features of the app you're using! I also watch speedpaints to understand the process of drawing. This may sound repetitive with others, but yeah practice when you feel to! Also have fun while doing it!

I want to so bad!! i just don’t know where to start. i was thinking about getting an ipad pro as my drawing tablet but i’m not sure if that’s a good starting tablet!! any tips on learning how to draw for an absolute beginner?
