Maybe she once had a band with Luna? Like Heart but with alicorns instead? Maybe that is real reasons she and Luna had a falling out a thousand years ago? Maybe the creative differences and friction between got to be too much?

Actually I was just listening to some old cuts from a group named Zebra. One hit wonder "Who's behind the door" Applebloom on one of her bad days could channel DOA by Bloodrock. An excellent song for new teenage drivers. The ending of a vicious car crash. "He bends and whispers something softly He says there's no chance for me."
