Well Petina was on the job and in no time she had Fluttershy ready to volunteer at Ponyville General Hospital. Petina even went so far as to make sure Fluttershy had a uniform and everything. It might not have been the regular uniform but it was uniform of sorts. So now Element of Kindness is ready to help ponies feel better.

Fluttershy, even if you've learned to tend an "animal" pony, tending a "person" pony is not remotely the same thing.
