You must use an illustration program that allows you to open layers. Photoshop is one of them. You can look up other programs on the internet that supports PSDs.
Notepad, Microsoft Word, Word Pad, and Windows Media

Hello! What have you tried to open it with? I know Photoshop and procreate both work for me.
Mine just wont open on anything i use

Its because the file needs to be renamed with the .psd at the end
