Anyone else having issues with the message page?
🕑 Added 2020-06-08 22:51:26 +0000 UTCFor the last several days I've had problems with the message page on Patreon- when I try and read people's messages, the text doesn't wrap around the window; it just stretches off-screen to the right, and I can't scroll that way to read it all. The reply box has the same issue, and the reply button is completely hidden and unusable. And the "Show earlier messages" button is now partially hidden behind the reply box and doesn't work. Basically, trying to read and reply to messages is pretty much impossible. The problem is limited to desktops, however- I can still read and reply to messages via the Patreon app on my phone, which works fine.
I've tried a few things- turned off adblockers, turned off browser add-ons, tried different browsers, but so far nothing's worked. I've already sent a ticket to the Patreon staff, but I want to know if anyone else is having this issue?

I haven't, no, but I found if I start new message threads, the layout problem doesn't effect them.

Your trouble is weird. The only problems I've ever had were with some vpn or ad blocker.

I did yes, I mentioned it in the post. I did do a bit of experimenting- it doesn't seem to effect message threads that I've started recently, only older threads that I started months ago. I don't know when the cutoff point is though.

I don't have any problems on my side, either on my personal pc or with the pc of the work. Silly question, but have you tried to change your browser?

The way I was able to resolve the issue was zooming out on the page viewing settings; it’s a bandaid fix, but it works

I just read a new message and the layout was working correctly, but when I tried looking at earlier messages, it got messed up. I think this problem might only be effecting message threads of a certain age? I'll try an experiment in a sec.

I have the same issue with the "show earlier messages" button. I have to click on the edge of it so it can work.
