🕑 Added 2023-08-09 20:47:49 +0000 UTCA drawing that I drew awhile ago but forgot to post. I had been talking with some folks of the idea of Fluttershy in a fetish hobble dress. Later on it popped up in Anthro MLP dreamscape. Rarity's business involves creating a multitude of custom, unique, one-of-a-kind items for her customers.
Often these are not outfits that she can displays at regular fashion shows, but she does exhibit them at special, invitation only, events. To help model these outfits Rarity has enlisted the aid of Fluttershy since her friend has experience with fashion modeling. So before one of these events Flutters tries on a special hobble dress with accessories.

Well now, hobbledresses are certainly a fun take upon the formal side of exotic fashion, if an entirely different set of formalities than business wear.
