To be completely honest, in my opinion, all CMC could be capable of that natural charm in the right circumstances. AB is just very good at being oblivious about it, Sweetie also can play an innocent flirt that oozes sex-appeal more intentionally (she's Rarity's little sister after all), while Scootaloo just doesn't care how she looks like when doing some tricks on her scooter.

Yeah. Applebloom is at that age where she's not yet aware of how her actions and movements are capable of sending signals. Also she Sweetie is correct that AB does seem to possess some natural talent on the matter.

I love the last two panels! I think this is the very best trope: Innocent and Unknowingly Sexy - for characters that can display very erotic images of themselves doing something completely innocent or ordinary with no effort at all on their part, and have no idea of the effect they have on their surroundings. I can also see Applebloom turning to Sweetie and Scoots, dumbfounded and asking innocently: "Wha' the hay is with ponies lookin' at me funny?" The other two fillies just look at each other then at their friend with tired sighs, with Sweetie answering: "Applebloom, there are times I both envy you (on how natural you are at this) and worry about you (how oblivious you are about it)." Applebloom just tilts her head, more confused.
