v.12 is out!
🕑 Added 2015-06-01 20:54:48 +0000 UTC Hey there, Patrons! v.12 is officially completed, and a few download links have already gone out. I'll be sending more throughout the day as donations go through, but for now, time for the official update post! UPDATE v.12 GOALS -Add in Water functionality -Finish 2nd boss fight -Add new enemy (Warped Scientist) -Update Map system to allow for bigger map -Finish misc Breast Expansion animations -Create more content (areas) -Fix more minor issues This update was a decent size, and I had to cut some very small things - namely, the BE Latcher animation and the 2nd boss fight animations. The boss is fully functional, and you can fight and defeat it, but it doesn't animate much yet. Hopefully you guys will still enjoy the fight, though - and next update, there will be tons of new H-animations! On that note, here's a list of things I want to accomplish for v.13! UPDATE v.13 GOALS -Polish second boss and finish his animations -Officially add Double Jump powerup -Add points for Alicia to heal at -Start adding new enemy (with at least one H-scene) -Finish Warped Scientist Breast Expansion animation -Create more content (areas) -Fix more minor issues As you can tell, most of this next update is focused on animation and level creation. The Warped Scientist will get a new Breast Expansion scene, which will be unique like the Warped Soldier's scene rather than an edit, the 2nd Boss will be getting full animations including the H-scene, and I'll be implementing a new enemy - that some of you may remember - including their H-scene. It's a tall order, but I'll try my best to get all of it done! I'll be trying to stream a lot again this month, just like the last two. It's a good way to keep me motivated, and we both get a lot of work done during them. Again, let me know if any of you have specific times that would work better for you so I can bring them to a wider audience! As always, thank you all so much for your support. I hope you enjoy v.12! -A42 UPDATE v.12 MINOR FIXES -Tentacles should no longer create rocks when in sex scene -Fixed various problems from re-entering room when exiting pause or map screen -Add Blue variation of slimes with higher stats -Increased speed that Wire Shot pulls platforms at -Can now hold movement buttons to quickly move the cursor on map screen -Holding the Escape key for one second while customizing controls will now cancel key rebindings -Alicia now reacts properly when hit by a cumshot while crouching or sliding -Various issues with gamepad controls have been fixed (map controls, subweapon switching) -Fatal error when retrying first boss fight has been fixed -Problems with the Spread Shot door have been fixed -Alicia no longer auto-struggles out of Latcher grabs -Minimap no longer darkens with room darknessComments

My apologies for the lack of explanation! Hopefully this will clarify things fully: Patrons will only receive beta updates in any month that they donate $10 or more (or, in the event of people in the early access tier, $5). However, anyone that has donated at least $10 total throughout the campaign will receive a free copy of the game on release. In essence, beta downloads are intended as a pre-release thank you to those who are supporting the development of the game as I work on it. Without donations, development of Crisis Point would be significantly slower, as I would have to dedicate most of my time to working a dayjob, and staying creative after a 9-5 while still maintaining a life elsewhere is a very difficult prospect. Again, my apologies for not being more thorough about this explanation. If you have any other questions, please let me know!

I guess Patreon in general is just confusing. For one month I had donated at the $10 tier, but then dropped down to the $1 thinking that would keep me in the $10 tier? Sorry, just not a fan of the recurring payment system Patreon has setup.

As always, the prototype updates are only available to patrons pledging in the $10 tier and up (not including the $5 tier, but that one is only available to a limited number of people.) My apologies if I wasn't clear enough on that, but pledging at a $1 level is just for access to the activity feed. I'll be finding some new stuff for it in the coming months, however. After v.13's public release, I'll be ending public beta releases and making all info such as screenshots and livestreams available to the public instead. After that point, I'll try to find some new, small reward for people who choose to pledge at $1.

At the moment, anytime between say 8am to 5pm on a Thursday and midnight to about 5pm on a Friday would be good times for me in regards to being able to see the streaming. Those are the times I'm up on my nights off xD
