Monthly pledges
🕑 Added 2014-09-14 04:26:32 +0000 UTC Evening, Patrons! I have a small question for you all. In light of the upcoming change to the way Crisis Point updates are distributed (through PM rather than a direct upload), would any of you object to me changing the campaign from 'per update' to 'monthly' donations? As it stands, I'll need to make a post every month just for the sake of calling it a 'game content update' so that donations go through, since I can't give out the update until after pledges happen. If I switch to monthly, not only will there be no chance of anyone being charged more than once a month, but I won't have to make that post just for the sake of it. I've found a pretty good rhythm for work, and I'm confident I can get an update big enough to justify pledges on a monthly basis, so it's up to you guys. Monthly would be more convenient for me, but I'll do whichever update method you're comfortable with. -A42Comments

Cool, thanks for the input, guys! I went ahead and switched the campaign over to monthly a little bit ago. Things probably won't change much on your end, but this will be very convenient for me. I'm going to make sure I still get you guys an update every month, but this gives me a little bit more leeway with my time limit on that.

It'd be fine with me. It would also ensure that you have a monthly income, as theoretically you could have months where no progress was really made.
